Had the fight continued after the headbutt caused cut, Vitali wouldve got Lennox outta there, and then Lewis would've demanded a rematch, and Vitali would've KOd him again.

Then for a last ditch effort at a title Lewis would've tried Wlad for the WBO or the IBF and been KTFO into retirement.

I saw an interview with Foreman where he said Ali was the only man to whip him, and he did not want a rematch because he knew he would whip him again.
