He has almost recovered from his operation, I spoke to Rogie a few weeks ago and the bone had grown 75% - so once the bone has grown back 100% the doc will give Rogie the all clear to resume full training. At the moment he is doing his roadwork and padwork etc

I think we will see the big man in the ring again before Christmas:good

He hasnt signed with anyone yet to my knowledge, but I dont think he will have a shortage of offers. Any promoter with half a brain will make sure that Rogie is fighting in Belfast:good

Morrison is a pathetic fight for a 31 year old with aspirations to win a world title. I'm sorry but it is. McCloskey will only get a shot by becoming mandatory. A victory against the highly rated Morrison will just shoot him up the rankings.

I agree - there is a gulf in class behind McCloskey and Morrison. Last time I saw Morrison was against Daws and he just capitulated - he was shattered - he doesnt deserve a shot.

That would be great for the other Peters fighters and the Cubans if they showed this bill in the UK aswell. I often wonder IF Sky ever went to Peters about showing his fights just on Sky in the past few years. He has shown some decent fighters on RTE here be it Duddy , Macklin , Lee , McCloskey and Mr Dunne and 4 of 5 fighters to my knowledge have boxed on Sky i dont think Dunne has but the rest have at some stage.

he was lowest ranked contender! Morrison shouldnt even be fighting for a british title let alone a european title....

    I was doing some thinking....

Its highly Possible that Bradley will vacate rather than fighting his mandatory that would put Paul in a position to fight for the vacant WBC belt....

You right Dunne wasnt allowed fight on an other network in this neck of the woods

but the Likes of Duddy, Lee, McCloskey and Macklin had no such RTE Deal

Was just looking at Nolascos record thinking hes a tough fight for Murray and has mixed in good company. Then I realised hes fought 3 times in 5 years against guys with a combined record of 3-40.
