I know I found it in the thread titled "post your Floyd ducking pics". Check out Richard Schaefers face:rofl *******s have good photoshop skills it seems. I thought it would be the same old stuff they always do but they got real creative this time. There's even one of Floyd, sr, Ellerbe and Oscar in a Jacuzzi with Ellerbe looking Floyds thing.

Basically this is the same type bull**** Hearn tactic of trying to make out the fight is likely to happen, same as that **** article from the mirror last month.
I am more optimistic that Haye might have a preliminary deal worked out with Adamek to fight next, as long as he gets through the Grant fight without any problems

Thats the joke all along see - and its on the Haye fans more than anyone else.

Haye persona was basically - "I will fight King Kong in his own back yard and the money I get paid is not important"

He seemd to live up that early on to some degree.........

I mean - he fought Carl Thompson in his 11th pro fight

He resisted going down the Frank Warren WBO paper champion route and instead took tough career building fights against the likes of Frogemenei :shock::shock:

He then went all the way to France !!! - yeah that place a hour ferry ride across the sea- all the way there - and won the WBA / WBC titles after only about 20 fights as a pro  ok he had been a pro for about 5 years but its still good going - what a hero :bowdown..........I mean this guy will go anywhere and fight anyone.

Then - he could have made excuuse and gone straight up to heavyweight
but he fought Enzo Macc - for the fans !!! (not to mention the £850,000 for a easy nights work against a unproven at the level WBO Champ with a egg chin)

Then he went to Germany and fought Godzilla himself - in his back yard.

I think bascially Haye did fight for the glory once - because he had nothing to lose.

He had to go to France to fight Mormeck to get the titles.

He had to go to Germany to fight Valuev to get the titles.

But he dont really need now tough fights / high risk.

He is not incredibile as one foolish poster said on here before = for saying he would fight both Klitshckos back to back in Germany or wherever.

I said - hang on a sec - wait until he actually fights them - before heaping praise on this guy - cos I thought he would not look so great if he just got bombed out in a round.

Turns out the guy never had any intention of fighting them anyway. :patsch

Kind of ironic that a couple of years ago Haye was being used on here as an example of how Calzaghe and Hatton should run their careers.

Now he's got himself in the same situation as they were in back then maybe the choices arn't so cut and dried?

Except Calzaghe and Hatton had a better man for the job guiding their careers (see my Frank Warren tribute thread)

Haye was giving away tickets for his fight with Monte Barret.

Hayes biggest fight on these shores was a Frank Warren Sports Network show.

Warren could have probaly got him the Valuev fight on these shores (safer for the judges scorecards)

Basically Warren could have made Haye a real big main stream star - and made him loads of money - and sold out London Arenas for the last 5 years.

Instead he got Adam Phoney Booth.

Warren seems (based on delievering results) a far better negogator than Adam Phoney Booth.

Booth is citied as the reason as why alot of Haye fights dont get signed - he is apparantyl murder to deal with.

Warren has something money cant buy - a proven track record of successful fights and promotions and all the experience that comes with it.

Warren maybe a **** - but who cares - if he is guiding your career your in good business hands.

Warren would get a fight with the Klitshckos signed sealed and delievered.

To be fair I think Warren would also milk the belt for a couple of defences before he put Haye in with Wlad. Boxing fans don't like it but its the smart thing to do from the promoters/ boxers point of view.

i think Warren would have milked him by now though.

he would not of been foolish enough to put him in with Thomspon in his 11 th fight.

he would have got him a belt - built him up - based him in London arenas for a following - easy title defences for good money - made him 40 wins undefeated - then gone for the other belts.

Milking it for a bit isn't bad, it's just that Haye is an exceptional case.

I can't think of a single fighter that has spouted as much **** as he has over the past couple of years and done next to nothing to back it up.

    It's blatantly gonna happen.

It's an easy fight on paper for Haye, another opportunity to get his name out there in the mainstream, and a decent payday. Having two of the best-known boxers in Britain competing for a heavyweight title is an easy fight to market over here, and it should do well in terms of PPV sales.

Like Ishy said, it almost seems like Haye knows that if/when he steps in the ring with a Klitschko they're taking his belt, and for now he's just happy enjoying the benefits of being a heavyweight champion.

I don't really mind him doing it, it's the inactivity that pisses me off. Waiting about for 6 months for him to name an opponent, only for it to be Audley ****ing Harrison? Come on Dave.
