    I don't deny that he was using it. I think he should have been punished just as if he tested positive.

    Margarito seems to be kissing up to the panel and CSAC at the moment. Margarito's team wasn't very prepared to defend their client in there today. That much is clear. It's like they're waiting for the brown paper bag to show up for the panel.
