Basically they ruled that because he was publicly sparring in CA w/o a license, that he wasn't rehabilitated over the ruling. That's a fallacy. How's he supposed to be rehabilitated of something you couldn't prove he was guilty of? The only reason he's suspended is because the law is flawed since it sanctions the boxer and the trainer. They don't have proof that he was a party to the wraps and they want him to show he's remorseful to their whims?

I agree with the decision, he hasnt really shown any remorse and continues to break the CA rules.

based on their logic, him admitting to sparring should be enough to grant him his license back....i mean, aint that what they wanted...for him to be truthful

They wanted his last fight to be in Texas on the Pac/Clottey undercard, but they (Tex) were sticking with CA's rule. That's why they did it in Mexico.

Looks like Marg ain't fighting in CA or at the staples center! TX here Marg comes!!! TX is not gonna go with what the CA went with that's for sure which at the end of the day wasn't a necessity given the fight is gonna be held in Dallas anyway. Hopefully Marg can someday get his licence back in California. That's pretty much his home.

I didn't have very strong feelings for Margarito before, but this hearing was just a ****ing kangaroo court. I feel sorry for the guy. If you don't ever want him to fight in CA again, ****ing ban his ass for life. Don't hang a carrot out there for him to waste his time and humiliate the guy especially when CSAC has got zero freaking evidence.

"Come back next year..." wtf is that ****? And then they'll just deny him again.

    :patsch

Texas denied him before, they sent him to california to see if he would be denied.

    They will follow suit, again.

Nah... the fight is happening in Dallas. CA has no bearing over how TX operates and with Jerry Jones in the mix.....he's got some weight! The fight is on in Dallas fellas! I'm excited for this one! It's gonna be WAR!:bbb

CA doesn't have any bearing but commissions normally follow suit with what other commissions have done.

They did it before, they will do it again.
