If he didn't know he is a dupe.I cannot imagine that Margo did not know.Guilty and he should be banned in California and other like minded commissions who value the safety of boxers.

To be honest, you have no clue what he knew or didn't know. You have an opinion, that's all.

I guess you need to tell Manny and Naz they don't know ****, since they said it's possible he was unaware. IT's NOT one or the other, there are grey areas in that.

 

Yes it could be possible, but I believe it's highly unlikely that is the case. For **** sake this is a grown ass man playing the "I DIDN'T KNOW CARD"....This is/was a veteran professional prize fighter. Not a child or a green fighter we're talking about. Fair enough but I still think it's possible he didn't know. Some fighters do zone out and listen to their music or whatever when their trainers are wrapping their hands. Still, if he did know what he was doing he just needs to come out and say it. He might get banned but at least he would have been honest.

 

are you blind or something i said its possible that anybody wouldnt know if their trainer slipped plaster of paris into their gloves but in the case of margorito he definitely knew, his eyes and body language showed this.

 

I can't believe that so many people defend this guy. To believe that he didn't know is insane. And all of trainer talk is just plain stupid. A fighter knows the difference.

 

Possible. We don't know just how hard that pad or how different it would feel do we? We simply do not know. Plus Margo never got to hit the pads with them.
