    You're right, no hearing. The Governer (Rick Perry) was strongly against it and put a lot of pressure on the commission to not grant the license in time.

    That sort of sentence i presume can be applied by a federal court in criminal cases such as minimum terms until eligable for parole ect. But the legalities of imposing this sort of in-limbo sentence in the commercial world is seriously flawed. You can't have monkeys like that handing out rulings such as this. It's bull****.

    Of course! That was within the YEAR suspension but that year is up. TX doesn't have to uphold their suspension after the suspension was suppose to be up. I gurantee the fight is gonna happen in Dallas. Jerry Jones has a couple of folks in his back pocket that will see to it.:good

    When there is a fine or penalty in place yes...they uphold the original stance of most other athletic commisions but AFTER the the terms are met they make their own decisions based on what is presented in that particular case. With the light suspension and the lack of hard evidence and without the support of the local law enforcement TX will go with the money bro. Don't worry we'll see the fight at the cowboys stadium!:good
