Chill out man. I'm a Pac fan. I'm not making any excuses. I'm just saying that you cant, under any circumstances, see that version of ODLH as anything near to an even nearly competitive Oscar. You just cant. The guy couldnt throw a punch.

As I've said, prior to the fight, I thought Pac would get beat. So the match up was okay in my opinion, but Oscar turned old that night. It happens sometimes. It's not Pac's fault. But you cant tell me that that win ranks above all but one of Pac's other wins? Not a chance.

pac was the underdog against a guy much bigger than him. Pac dominates MAB too but that's everybody's concensus no 1.

Because it was still a competitive MAB.

It was not a competitive ODLH.

I take the point he was underdog against Oscar. I wrote him off too. I take the point it was a huge jump in weight. I take the fact that it was ODLH. But it wasnt the same Oscar.

I'm not trying to belittle any of Manny's acheivements. Him and Floyd stand side by side in a lineage of RJJ, Sweat Pea, Leonard/Duran and beyond as the best fighters of a particular generation. But I dont rate the ODLH fight as highly as you do because, as it turned out, it was a shadow of De La Hoya.

LMAO, people thought that Oscar only had to land a couple of punches and Pac would be KO'd.

Your saying that if he beat mayweather it would be lower than the version of the DLH he beat. U must be insane or just plain dumb. Pick up golf man....

It always happens after pac beat them:rofl

Hatton was supposed to KTFO pac and hatton was the first live opponent pac is fighting since marquez. After the fight hatton is past prime. He ain't the same fighter no more.

Cotto-Too big for pac. Pac hasn't fought a real welterweight. After the fight cotto was never the same after margarito..

    always the same excuse

great list, it should also be noted that Pac fought Sasakul where he's from (Thailand).

I would have put Clottey at 10 as he was looked at as a riskier fight for Pac than Diaz.

    says the hitman fan, lol!

i hope it's tommy hearns but it says otherwise. someone's butt is still sore.

    :yep:yep

well i have a question for you. if you really know what you are talking about... if barrera was past his prime, why did he still capture another championship belt and defended it 5 times? he even unified the wbc and ibf sfw belt!
