Didnt you argue that they confiscated both? my question again remains how is it you can have fighters and trainers say its possible he didnt know? and expect us to beleive you when you say he did?:think

Truth is Margarito is responsible for his memebers in camp, that I agree with, However weather or not he knew is up for debate I dont think he knew...... I will be honest here and throw this at you to.... there is a BIG Reason he isnt facing criminal charges... and you cant say thats becuase the DA is well aware that in taking this to court there is not enough evidence to support intent, and you dont need to support that if you have solid proof that there is plaster paris (which is what you say is out there) it would be pretty open and shut in a court of law....
Obviously the DA knew there was nothing to convict... that alone proves something if anything.

A Department of Justice senior criminalist who inspected the wrappings under stereomicroscope and X-ray flourescence spectrometer reported calcium and sulfur were discovered, noting the elements make plaster of Paris with the addition of oxygen. The report was dated March 19. "The commission's decision appears to be supported by that report," said Karen Chappelle, the state supervising deputy attorney general for licensing who urged the California commission to revoke the fighter and trainer's licenses. "The only things that are allowed in hand wraps are gauze and tape and those items aren't gauze and tape."

Was reported that both were tested. Which was wrong but reported at that time.

I've shown this link to freddy-*** a few times.

Here's a link from the state of CA. Pages 79 and 80 have closeup views of the pads and they look pretty loaded.

XRF is capable of measuring elements from beryllium (Be) to uranium (U) and beyond at trace levels often below one part per million.

Combine that little tid bit of information with the fact that the California AG's office is not pursuing criminal charges, and the fact that Team Margarito was not allowed to have independendent lab tests conducted, and you have a situation that is a Kangaroo court at best.

I don't think any of us are scientists.. but it would be naive that in this day and age and the technology we have there isn't ways to find out..

Those pics were taken under a microscope. It would not take a microsopic view to detect "plaster." It took an X-ray florescence spectrometer to find "traces" of calcium and sulfur. Calcium and sulfur both occur naturally in human blood and sweat, and XRF is capable of detecting traces of an element down to one part per million.

But hey -- let's not let scientific facts get in our way here, let's just go ahead and take the fundamnetalist Christian route, and ignore science in favor of our agenda.

Let's look at the ****ing photo, who cares if it was plaster or not. Look at all the substance all over the gauze.
