i agree. Get their feet just a little wet with some pro fights and they're good to go. Erislandy's last few fights he went thru aggression lapses, but his last one sure didnt go far. That 3punch combo was REALLY IMPRESSIVE!

As long as he can keep up the aggression level, he's ready to drop a possibly spent Miguel Cotto.

That would be a very good fight I'd heavily favor Lara, but Martinez is still the best fighter at 154. With Williams I'd slightly favor Williams just on experience and determination, but Lara has better skills than Williams. The Punisher is no easy fight for anyone out there, but Lara is a fast, hard punching southpaw just like Martinez. Would love to see a fight with Lara vs. Pirog.

First of all, Lara is 27, so he's barely a prospect.

Secondly, how the **** can you say Lara has a dodgy chin, when he has never been floored?

Lara's quick southpaw stance would give Floyd a lot of problems.

na he aint ready for cotto yet. you dont go from grady brewer to cotto like that, all though i can definitely see im beating martisoyan and dare i say...angulo! he wouldnt knock angulo out but angulos non existent defense would be the telling of that fight. and with a sniper like lara, i think he'd land damn near 56% of his punches.
