Moron. I have no idea WHAT Pac is or isn't doing. My entire argument is based on the circumstantial evidence provided by Pac's strange behavior after a request was made for him to drug test. So yes it is a FACT that

-- Pac's people agreed to the terms, then couldn't contact Pac, Arum flew to PI, then when Arum returned Olympic testing was off of the table.
-- Pac's people floated multiple stories about Pac being scared of needles and/or blood letting when he has tattoos and was shown to have sparred after giving blood
-- Pac's people LIED and said a 14 day cut off was never offered, admitted that it was, and STILL did not make the fight.
-- Pac's people backed out of a fight due to a 30 day blood testing cut off then had a blood test at 20 days for Clottey.
