Yup this is like a lottery ticket for Grant. If he pulls it off, he'll be seen as top 5 material and in line for a pretty lucrative shot after toiling in obscurity for 6 or so years. IF Grant has prepared 100% and has something left (which he might have), he couldn't ask for a better spot. Even at 38 he has a huge size advantage and should have a huge athletic advantage, Adamek has average power and Adamake can be hit. Hope Grant is truly thinking "now or never" and we get a good match

261 is NOT bad for Grant in 2010....... Grant was basically + or - 255 for Lewis 10 years ago in 2000..... At age 37, Grant looks fit to fight..... I'm just curious about his psych.......

Grant was also in tight with team Holy back in the late 90s, etc..... You think Grant was also sippin' some of Holy's juice.?.?
    :huh

Grant looks naturally trained here in 2010....:yep

Grant grossed 3 million for his KO loss to Lewis in 2000..... I wonder how much he actually took home and how much he's blown by 2010.?.?

What is Grant slated to gross against Adamek??? I'd bet its less than $500,000 G's...

Adamek looks even stronger than before. I think he's now accustomed in hw for good.

    Nice pics :good

Grant's left (his left) bicep looks weird in that 2nd pic....like part of it was just chopped off.
    I guess it's the way he's posing.

I heard Adamek is going to slip a whoopee cushion on Grants' stool between the rounds. Be watching for it.

Grant looks fine at 261, not ripped to the bone as he used to be but fine (and sadly still blows 90% of other American heavyweight hopefuls out of the water at the moment).

The height difference looks a little more obvious too. I guess Adamek just had nice thick shoes in the press conference :p For him, 217 is a real good weight.

Also, he has requested to be introduced as Thomas "the kielbasa" Adamek to see if he can crack up the crowd. That guy is such a joker I swear.

He got $4m against Lewis and, rumour has it, actually saved his money well. This isn't a financially driven comeback at least, that's always so sad to see.

As for against Adamek, a hell of a lot less. Meant to be about $150k.
Why it's been taken is for the opportunity, and better purses once again if he wins.
