When I wrap my fighters hand I have the pad ready to go meaning its already folded up 7 yards to make a knuckle pad, usally I do this the night before the fight, (amatuer boxing)
Alot of trainers have the pad pre made before the fighter even gets to the dressing room now this isnt the case in every fighter like Floyd and such but it does happen in fact Joe Chavez does it this way as well..
its a way to wrap those hands quickly so that your fighter has enough time to warm up and get mentally prepaired for war.... thats all I am saying

The burden of proof falls on the prosecution, not the defendant. The defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. The CSAC has never eliminated reasonable doubt, nor did they honour the presumption of innocence principle.

The fact that the CSAC handed down a ruling before any lab tests were done makes it clear that they approached the case with a presumption of guilt. When the CSAC refused to allow Margo's team to have an independent lab conduct tests they showed that they have very little faith in their evidence, and that creates reasonable doubt.

The fact that the on site commision represenative allowed the evidentiary chain of custody to become seriously compromised also creates reasonable doubt.

Antonio Margarito has a law suit pending against the CSAC, and yet the CSAC was allowed to determine his future. That is a conflict of interest, and creates more reasonable doubt. In a criminal court the CSAC would not be allowed to get away with these shennanigans.

The CSAC issued a ruling without any testing on the knuckle pads, and then said lab results would make no difference. They would stand by their ruling no matter what the lab tests showed. However, the wording of the lab report fits the CSAC ruling far to well for my liking. It really appears to be written for the sole purpose of upholding the ruling, even though the CSAC said lab results would not matter to them. At this point I'll challenge any or all of you to Google the phrase, "faulty forensic evidence."

Margarito would actually be better off if the AG's office had pursued criminal charges. Any decent criminal defense attorney would tear this case to shreads.

fair enough..i still see the speed as the main problem tony will have...if hes in the 5th and he still cant deal with the speed than its gonna be an easy night for pac...on the other hand if he can get good timing than he might be able to do a lot more...

also as for the cotto fight and the mosley fight....cotto was able to get backed up and i see manny more moving side to side as opposed to straight back...

as for the shane fight i really didnt see much but a 9 round blowout en route to being knocked out pretty bad and most likley a changed fighter after being knocked out like that..most fighters are...

you are aware that the wrap was signed, meaning it had been inspected as well, so if a member of the commission felt it was legit, its possible that Margarito did not know.

Again as I stated before if he did this knowingly burn his ass alive, but I dont beleive he did.... I am in the minority here but I do beleive his story.
again a California official did inspect and sign off on that wrap....

Margarito has been in 44 pro fights, 42 before the Mosley incident and multiple sessions of sparing and training. so its fair to say his hands have been wrapped over 1000 times. You are telling me a guy who has had his hands wrapped 1000 times can't tell if there is plaster on his wraps, but other guys can tell if there are loose hairs inside of it? **** no. Margarito is a cheating ****.

Again, here is what I said when it happened. There is NO ****ing way in hell Margarito did not know what was happening. This guys are professionals who have a TEAM of people and who have to keep taps on what those people are doing because at the end of the day the team is call Margarito's team. Not Capetillo's team....

The defence would have loved to explain IF the crooked CSAC had let them examine them but they refused. I wonder Why ??????
Plus when the defence asked where the pads were now there was an embarassed silence then that damn woman said " Errr we errrr dont know where they are but we have some just like them but we dont know if theyre the same size"

That hearing wads a friggin facade Tony was railroaded yet AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
