Agreed. Adamek is in the best shape for his body at heavyweight. 215 might be perfect for him.

grant is a very big guy, and therfore he's going to weigh alot. 261 is good, the big thing is though is that grant is not that good, and that really is the bottom line in all of this,

And? 4lbs is nothing at that weight. Besides, as long as he's still in the shape, a bigger weight advantage is going to be better for him. The only way for him to win this fight really is to establish his size.

Grant looks good for any age for ****s sakes. Having reached 38 myself, there's very little difference between age 33 (adamek) and 37 (grant). It might be different if grant had been beaten up alot over the past few years, but i don't thinks that's the case.

adamek is clearly aiming for speed and movement. in, punch, out. when grant gets frustrated, adamek can then drive in quick combos. the combos, on an older man who hasn't had the competitive rounds, will be the difference. adamek should try to stop grant with speed, not with power. as was the case vs golota, a man who was flustered and could not see where the shots were cominh from. i agree with the above, that adamek should use body shots. speed and variety.

adamek looks in great shape and it is good to see him maintain a consistent weight (217) and consistent fitness.

I remember like yesterday. Lewis was holding and hitting. I don't know how he got away with it. Neverthless, Grant has glass.

    Thomas,

I've already stated this fact about Grant.......:deal

YES! Grant needs to be fired up and apply pressure while moving in behind a stiff left jab looking to cross over with wicked rights, followed by hooks and uppercuts.... Grant has got to bring the entire box of tools to the fight tonight..... Grant cannot afford to leave anything behind in the locker room......
    :bbb
I'm just hoping that Grant is sensible and realizes this fact..... Their ain't no more tomorrow's for Grant......
    :-(

There's a 44 pound weight difference and Grant needs to use it to his full advantage. He needs to employ the Wlad Klit style of using the jab and them tying up and leaning on Adamek when close.

I expect Adamek to use a lot of lateral movement, and this strategy would be especially effective for Grant later in the fight when Adamek tires a bit. That is, if the fight goes to the second half.

Grant actually impressed me all things considered. Tomas not so much. I thought he'd get the stoppage at some point but Grant put on a very solid performance. He lost but I think his stock rose a bit in the loss. Adamek's stock may have fell slightly with the win but that may work to his advantage from one of the BIGGER HW's.
