I see Floyd stopping Leon, and outpointing Micheal. And he would be outpointed himself against Holyfield,in a very good fight.

floyd stops leon and loses to Michael by points or late ko.
Holyfield stops him in a few rounds

Patterson would beat Leon but I think he loses to Michael Spinks by Dec and is taken out late by Holyfield..

    Holyfield wasn´t a lhw.

You saw Tyson-Spinks? Well, Patterson was a bit like a smaller version of Tyson. With faster hands and less power. He would win a decision over Spinks.

Holyfield is a tricky one. But he was very inexperienced at cw. And I think the post-Liston Patterson would UD him as well. Using his superior handspeed and experience to outmaneuver him and use his speed to steal rounds.

Spinks was like 32 years old, scared shitless, and really shouldn't have even been in the ring with Mike. The Tyson comparison isn't really worth it because Tyson is stronger, more musclar, and just a better fighter then Patterson. And he's got a good 40 pounds on Patterson.

Holyfield would beat Patterson. Patterson's chin probably can't take his combos. Holyfield could take all of patterson's shots and then come back. I just question if Patterson could do the same.

H2H, I don't really like Patterson. His resume and achievements make up for it though.

I compared how Spinks coped with a similar style to Patterson. Patterson has the style and speed advantage. Spinks is not bigger than him too. Throw in that Patterson beat a greater and better lhw than Spinks in Moore. And very impressivly.

You seriously underrate Patterson´s chin. Is Holyfield a puncher like Liston or Johannson? No, he is not. By quite a bit. Patterson took punches from punchers of Holyfield´s calibre just fine.
Also, it is not the Holyfield we saw at hw. But an inexperienced one.

Watch a bit more of Patterson and your respect and h2h oppinion of him will grow. Especially his fights against Moore, Johannson, Chuvalo, Bonavena, Ali, Quarry.

I'm the opposite. H2H I think Patterson is fantastic. A blend of Speed/Power/Skill that we have rarely seen in history. I think his resume is very good but some what lacking..particularly his title reign where he failed to fight Machen, Folley, Valdes, Williams. Had he beaten the above men during his title reign, I would make a case for him being top 10-12 all time. Instead, he sits around 17th all time on my list.

I like Patterson over all 3. I like Floyd over Evander at 190lb. A 5'7 swarmer fought him life and death for 15 rounds. Patterson was a swarmer who was much faster, better technically and more powerful than Qawi. Evander showed me he had trouble coping with a swarmer on the ropes, and was highly vulnerable to a good left to the body(One of Floyd's best punches) and straight right out of a crouch(another great floyd punch). Unlike against Qawi, evander would be seeing lightning like hands flying in his direction from Patterson at all angles. Evander's durability and heart will easily see him the distance, but I see floyd outpointing him. I feel a bulked up mid 90s Evander who used more muscle than skill has a better shot against patterson because he can rough floyd up on the inside a bit more and intimidate him.

I don't underrate patterson's chin at all. Weather it's a balence thing or what, he got floored a LOT. Don't tell me that Bonavana or Quarry hits harder then Holyfield at cruiserweight. Cruiserweight Holyfield has a hell of a punch. Just ask Dwight Muhammad Qawi. Holyfield was a great puncher at cruiserweight. at heavyweight, i think he punched harder then ali and holmes.
I already watched all of those fights bodhi. I really liked his fights against Johannson, and Chuvalo.

Holyfield would still be able to muscle Floyd around though. Floyd was not a psychical type. He relied more on speed and hand talent like you said. A bigger difference like you said between Floyd and Qawi, is their chins... I really don't think Floyd would take those flurrys. (The first Qawi fight was a very early cruiserweight fight for Holyfield...)
And are we forgetting that Holyfield KO'd Qawi in the rematch? Who was very durable. I would like Patterson against Michael too if he could take a decent shot.. But he's proved many times he can't.

Actually he was, but not above 200 pounds. He just couldn't move the likes of Liston, Bonavena and Chuvalo. Against opponents of similar size though, Patterson would rough them up and destroy them in an infight.

Floyd Patterson vs Michael Spinks is very interesting. Patterson is more talented but Spinks was quite durable, awkward and could punch with the right hand. Floyd is somewhat of a mini-Tyson, though he could also box from a distance while using his feet to stay away and was better technically in close, but he doesn't possess the overwhelming physical advantages of Tyson. I see Patterson having the advantage here, without counting out Spinks's chances.
