The Adamek hype is officially over!

Evidently not, people still think he'd knockout David Haye. These people are either Polish or American, granted.

the guy grafts and boxes for that you can't fault him.

you have a guy that has come up from 175 that sadly doesn't have a natural heavyweight's punching power and it appeared to me last night that he is going to be unable to take a heavyweight punch flush on the chin without going on ***** street.

that said, the guy has moved up for the HW money, has remained active, boxes and moves well and does try to attack in bursts.

I got pissed off last night with people saying he was a runner. When you take into considersation what I said then Adamek's tactics were smart.

He isn't going back down to crusierweight, he was the man there, he is in the twlight years now and wants good money fights, which are not available to him at crusierweight.

 

Adamek would UD Haye, and has the power to put him on his ass.

People thinking Haye would dispatch Adamek KO1 are clearly English, granted.

 

it really must suck being a David Haye fan

 

he'd lose to all of the top prospects imo. boytsov, solis, povetkin, etc would all destroy him. now im not one of those guys where i think power is the end all in boxing, but in the HW division its almost crucial you have power. and if adamek couldnt even make a chinny has-been like grant flinch then he has little to no chance against a HW with skills. now watch the adamek fanboys talk about the arreola fight now lol

 

judging from what ive seen lately its quite the opposite, they're in full effect now. im no haye fan either but judging from last nights **** poor performance from adamek against what was suppoesd to be a mere "stay busy fight", its not out of the norm to think haye would massacre him. but i thought that when i saw the estrada fight:deal

if Haye catches Adamek with the left jab followed up with his over, straight right hand then Adamek is hitting the deck, whether he gets up is another question.

Addie has also been a member of this forum for 4 years and spends most of his time championing the abilities of fighters from Mexico, America, Korea, and the Philippines. I was vocal in my support of the German national side ahead of the World Cup not too long ago. I think anyone who has been here longer than six months could quite honestly say Addie is among the least patriotic members on the forum. I'm the exception to the rule, people are generally huge fans of successful fighters from their own country. Not me, really.
