I don't think Tarver would do even as good as Finnegan. Down the stretch he might well be stopped depending on what sort of gameplan Conteh decides to utilize. He has him outclassed in every area.
i think conteh would have a tactical game plan to start with but as the fight progressed i could see conteh deciding to up the fight tempo as he realizes that tarver cant hurt him and ultimately win by a stoppage
Conteh's straight right as a lead would be a good tool here i reckon. Tarver's a good fighter though, and when he comes forward he unloads in bunches, which can cause problems for Conteh. Conteh loves to fight though and he's just a better fighter who has variation, which will likely win it for him. It's not going to be a whitewash imo, Conteh for me.
There are two minority votes for Tarver but no elaboration. That is disappointing. I also must disagree with the idea of Conteh getting the stoppage on a silver platter if he wants it.
Conteh outclasses Tarver in every way. If Tarver wants to make a fight out of it I could see Conteh stopping him.
Nothing involving Andre Ward is a "fight". He's dull as ****! Prime Conteh would kick Ward's ass though.
