Why did Williams get a rematch with Quintana, but can't give one to Cintron?

    Its bull****.

    Quintana whooped Williams and still got awarded a rematch.

    Cintron beat him in the scorecards. Emmanuel Steward had Cintron winning, so did Lampey and anyone with a boxing brain.

    He landed more powerful punches, especially the hooks and crosses; was on the verge to knocking out Williams, he was catching Williams with overhand rights. Williams didn't do anything to win this fight, and it was unnecessary to give him the decision.

    This is why boxing fails.

    HBO probably isn't interested in it.

    Cintron also said he is taking the rest of the year off.

    Because Cintron is a cheating ****. He robbed fans who paid good money to see that fight. Hope he never gets a big fight again.

    Williams gave Quintana a title shot, and as is almost always the case, Quintana had to agree to a rematch clause.


    No such clause in Williams-Cintron and no TV network would be interested in putting that fight back on anytime soon.

    Cintron doesn't deserve a rematch with his antics. The guy jumped out of the ring and could have continued but instead he quit.

    Im a PW hater too man but he wasnt on the verge of KOing him. He had just caught him good and it looked like it was only gonna get worse for PW but it was extremely stupid of Cintron not to move and just lay there.

    That was a waste of a night. I was expecting to see Cintron KO Paul.

    Because he struggled in the first fight. He's very hittable and Cintron can bang and isn't all that bad technically. Why give Cintron the opportunity to smash and brag?

    Cintron can't handle pressure it was only a matter of time before Williams turned it up and Cintron would have melted down like he normally does.:deal

    Boxing fails because of fans like you!!!

    Cintron only hit Williams with one meaningful punch after Williams hit Cintron with 2-3 good shots in the 4th!!!
