    I have watched alot of boxing in my Life and I have yet to see a fighter that combines natural ability, athleticism with technical precision the way Floyd does. He can do more in the ring, fight backwards, forward, mid-range, pot shot counterpunch, the whole nine....

    I like Manny Pacquiao also its just his fans are hard to deal with. They think irrationally when it comes to Pacquiao. Why is it so hard to admit that Floyd has been on top longer and has been doing it his whole career. Everybody knows Manny didn't make a big splash on this scend until 2003 only to lose again in 2005. Yea he has did some great things since 2007 but lets take it for what its worth. A recent surge in his career and popularity. He has only been on Mayweather's level since 2007.

    Both need to stop being premadonnas and just freaking fight already. IMO IF THEY NEVER FIGHT Mayweather is the greater fighter. Read the first post

    diddo, longevity defines greatness....would Louis be a top2 heavyweight on every ones list if he was a champion over a decade with 25 defenses....I doubt it. IMO its just the fans, they can be a piece of work.

    Mayweather is not greater than Pacquiao. You're comparing apples and oranges here. Their careers are not over yet. Their ranking will go down based on their resumes when they are both done. There is not such a disparity in skill between Mayweather and Pacquiao. Again apples and oranges, we will see based on resume when its all over.

    There isn't a disparity in skills???? LOL you must havent been a boxing fan that long.

    Manny is an athletically gifted fighter with decent technical skills but scores really high in Power and Speed.....Mayweather is an athletically gifted fighter with great techincal skill and scores high in Speed and Reflexes

    A defensively Skilled fighter would adjust to those punches that keep hitting him ALA Mayweather

    2) Manny has

    , has great speed but isnt much of a counterpuncher, doesnt fight close range or long range, he is a mid range fighter, doesnt know how to counter the jab or use one effectively, and isnt very good at cutting off the ring, always fight the same fight!!!

    3) You must be blind if you think Manny is just as technically skilled as Mayweather....Their natural talent is even, but skills its not close
