2 more great sessions today.The40 degree heat of Cyprus really helps my energy!30 long arm pull ups to finish! mrdavidhaye twitter Haye looks in fight shape while on holiday in Cyprus. Can he now announce a meaningful fight and the intention of fighting the Klits. Surely, that is the least he can do. Especially as the fans parted with millions for his boring Valuev fight.
God no. I don't know why, but I'd hate to see that fight. I never believed the hype behind Chagaev, just doesn't get my juices flowing.
I'm much more hopeful the Fraudley fight won't happen. All the media reports have come from Hearn not Hayemaker. In Hayes video the other day he even mentioned the **** that's been written and talked about a quality opponent. Hardly sounds like someone who is about to sign to fight a joke like Harrison. If he doesn't I'm sure the ****** room will claim credit for Haye changing his mind.
I hope lining up the harrison fight is plan C for the hayemaker camp. I'm on red alert for his announcement. Ha.
I also don't see Haye doing a 180 and doesn't seem to be bigging up the fight at all. I can't imagine him at a press conference all "this fight is going to be exciting" and all that bull****, I doubt he'll even waste his breath saying he'll knock Hardly out in a round.
Oh another closet Harrison fan secretly hoping this comes off (who knew Audley had such loyal fans) i see you're holding on too with the idea that Harrison could still be great. yeah, i had those hopes too, but they were shattered when Audley kept looking like a shell of his former self against plumbers and taxi drivers..and the problem is that his former self wasn't anything either because he's never developed a true boxing IQ where you shift gears with punches, work behind a meaningful jab, D up a chin-to-chest tuck to protect his chin, shoulder, scar tissue build up etc. he is now just a irritating bore...I hope to God it doesn't happen, but Dave by long overdue KO.
This makes me feel hopeful that this won't be happening. Audley is a joke of an opponent for a world title even at Heavyweight, if he produces a good performance against a legit contender then maybe but for now god no. The only problem is that there is a real dearth of legit contenders.
it would be a better test than Harrison and more credible one. At least Chagaev would come and have a go, and I think Chagaev would land a few of those straight left hands he throws right up the pipe. Harrison will just sit back and shite himself whilst his corner are shouting at him inbetween rounds to let his hands go.
Means very little mate. A lot of the time Boxrec prefers to be first to list a possible fight rather that worrying about whether it will actually happen.
