Why did Williams get a rematch with Quintana, but can't give one to Cintron?

    cintron doesn't deserve a rematch

he's done way to much negligent nonsense over the course of his career to deserve it

The slow motion replay didn't do Cintron any favours in the first fight.

Not a fight people are queueing up to see, which is a shame because he was fighting a smart fight.

Up until the "freak" circumstances that led to the stoppage of the fight, I had Cintron up by two rounds and he was on his way to winning the third round. Depending on how you look at it, it could be that Cintron has finally come into his own and was a bad style match up for Williams, or it was simply a case of Williams having an off night. Whatever the case may be, it was certainly shaping up to be an interesting fight. I certainly would like to see PW vs KC II.

After 1st watching the fight i was in the same mind set , i was like , how the **** did Cintron lose that fight , and why hasnt there even been a whisper of a re match .

Then the revelations ............................ Cintron told the doctor twice he couldnt continue , the doctor said he was willing to testify that btw , cant remember his name though :huh , then started banging the " why was the fight stopped drum " etc etc i feel for Cintron i had him 2 - 1 up in 2 pretty 1 sided rounds IMO (thats the rounds i gave to Cintron) , however i do beleive Williams was working him out and closing in , then i re watched and re watched the fight , and im now 100% certain the silly ******* threw himself out the ring then feined injury !!! :deal

Big statement , but it has to be true , and if it is Cintron should never fight again ....................... :fire

    1) Quintana gave Williams a rematch, not the other way around
    2) The networks weren't interested in buying a rematch.

I agree, he should give Cintron a rematch, and this time Kermit can install a concealed trap-door in the canvas to jump into when the going gets rough.

Quintana gave Williams a rematch cause Williams gave Quintana a chance to fight him in the 1st place.

Hbo and Showtime are not interested in Williams vs Cintron rematch cause the first fight was boring and the way Cintron did an acting job.

And besides Williams is about to Martinez in a rematch.

How come nobody here ever say to Cintron to give Martinez a rematch after the bs draw?

Simple question, how come Cintron didn't want a rematch with Martinez after the bs draw?

Cintron doesn't deserve a rematch b/c he's a clown.:yep His actions in the last few yrs have been horrendous. Just a mentally weak fighter with a lot of talent. Ever since his loss to Marg the kid has been declining as a fighter with a lack of confidence. His heart is pushing harder than his mind is capable in its current state. Which dosent' transalate well in his ring performance.
