If the CSAC had solid evidence that Margarito commited a crime, they would have turned the case over to the California State Attorney General's office for criminal prosecution. The CSAC has not done that, or even suggested they might do that. Therefore, no sane, logical person can believe any crime was committed. No crime -- no punishment. There is no justification for taking Margarito's livelihood away from him.
He was stopped before he could commit a crime. That is how this differs from the Luis Resto situation. I'm sure you can see the difference.
If it were that simple, the crime would be conspiracy to commit any number of felonies. There is no evidence that suggests Margarito knowingly conspired to do anything other than fight Shane Mosely.
the evidence was on his hands. other than that its a he said she said match. the trainer could admit it all he wants. at the end of the day it was on margacehato's hands not the trainers.

His whole career since he's been with Capetillois questioned. On top of that, we are just suppose to up and believe that Capetillo did this without Margaritos knowing?
