Why did Pacquiao change his mind and agree to testing?

    Floyd wanted random testing, and PAc wanted a cutoff date for testing...simple as that. PAc's people thought that they would be tested up until the fight. There is no such things as random testing with a cut off date.

    there still random up to 14 days before the fight..is it not random?or you dont understand the meaning of random?

    Do you honestly beleive floyd would have fought pac if he agreed to the tests? cmon he made those demands to get out of the fight and if pac agreed he would of been on vacation or retirement :patsch

    Cuz Changed Needed to happen the 2nd Time around, and Pacquiao Being the Better Man.. does so
