I say this one would be better than Hagler-Hearns...for as long as it lasted.

I'm an eternal Tommy Hearns fan..This is the dude who turned me to the fight game..but I say, unless he sparks Norris early,it's gonna be a long night for The Hitman...People forget just how awsome offensively Terry Norris was at 154 early on..He was something special..great speed, great movement, great power, greater array of punches..just beautiful at his best.

The Hitman..spectacular power, ridiculous reach/height advantage, scintilating speed on his shots..a beast at his best, could also box beautifully when pressed to.

    Both had weak-ass chins.

    Whatch y'all think?

After a battle royal for four or five rounds,I'd expect the Hitman to find his range with the jab,and booming right hand. He'd stop Norris just around the halfway mark.

Very possible...that's if my man Tommy survives Terry's initial onslaught..which would come hard and fast..

If that right hand hits the mark,Norris is done.

I was going to say it would go a similar way to the Julian Jackson fight. Norris would start of loooking good but as soon as Hearns lands the big right hand. The fight is over.

Either man can KO the other, Hearns should be rightfully favoured but Norris speed and power could see him take out Tommy too

Hearns also has a glass jaw while Julian Jackson had a cast iron chin which allowed him to walk through Norris's bombs.

Norris's chin better than Duran's?I dont think so..Duran went up against some great punchers in long career and never looked like getting stopped...Norris on the other hand...KO'd by Brown,JJackson etc...wobbled quite a few times by far inferior fighters in his career..You could make a case for Jackson being the harder puncher Tommy Hearns..would give you that.

IMO,the chins, were just about the same with Tommy and Terry.

They really have to start making a sarcasm font for me to use. You just can't lay it on so thick that it's obvious, I guess.

Something tells me Hearns catches him very early and ends it ..

Terry Norris was very good but he was no Tommy Hearns... Hearns by brutal KO.

Hearns by mid to late round KO. People are underestimating Norris boxing ability but think he still gets caught and stopped.

Norris gets caught eventually. Could be the first round, could be the 10th, but it happens. I also don't think Norris would have much answer for Hearns jab.
I'd call Norris chinny, I wouldn't call Tommy chinny at this weight especially. Tommy could outbox Norris and outpunch him. I don't see a way out for Norris.
