Seeing as he's on 0 points with no matches. What happens to him? He's a classy slick operator in there and got robbed in that match with ward! He deserves to go through because the man can speak jive and can destroy anyone in the tournament.
Well it's simple. He can't make the semi finals now, so they just need to give him a fight. He has next to no chance of progressing anyway.
LOL. Basically, the whole round robin has been a big ****ing waste of time. at least we got some good fights out of it. But the most significant factor has been that the hometown guy has won every fight, and that two of the guys refused to fight each other unless they had hometown advantage. And that two of the initial six dropped out. And that one of the two best fighters in the division was not even part of the super 6 If you had told me that at the end of the round robin the point total would be so low, I would tell you that the super6 would fail.
Ts has to be joking. No way green was robbed against ward. @ this point he has almost no shot, so eliminate him or give ward a bye & have green fight dirrell. If they do eliminate greene, then he should get some kinda guarantee for a fight next year or late this year.
Not strictly true, if they do replace Kessler and they get his points and Green knocks them out he will get 3 points, If Wars beats Dirrell then Dirrell is on 2 points, Froch beats AA puts him on 4 and AA on 3. Ward 6 Froch 4 Abraham 3 Green 3 Dirrell 2 Replacement 2 I hope this doesnt happent as Green has no place in the tournament IMO. I hope they dont replace Kessler and just have 2 semis and a final now. Green will have to be compensated in someway though to prevent legal action I would guess.
I wanna know whats up with the WBC title now since Greene was going get a shot at it? does he fight for the vacate title or do WBC just award the winners of super six,or remove the title from the tournament? Also who feels the spot?
What happens to Green? I don't really give a **** to be honest. The one fight of his I have seen (against Ward), he was so **** poor that he was better off not turning up.
The Kessler v Green event goes aheead as scheduled, but with only Green in the ring shadowboxing for 12 rounds. Green loses on points and is eliminated from the tournament.
