Toney vs tua would be decent. I guess it depends on both of their conditioning.

 

Toney is shot, but Tua seems to be past it too. At least Tua is slow, small and has no footwork, so Toney could still outbox him...
On the other side, Toney is already punch drunk and it wouldn't be good for him to eat Tuas powerful hooks.

Good fight. Toney would win a unanimous decision. Tua is too predictable and slow, power is the last thing to bother James. But I still would like James to take on directly Haye, he has already wasted enough time.Haye would be the favorite.

 

Chagavev is an ordinary european fighter. Toney would win a unanimous decison like 115-113 or 116-112. He will defeat Tua in more lopsided fasion.

 

Errr, excuse me, why do peopel still say "european" as if it means a lesser level of abiltiy? We had Klitschko dominance after Lewis dominance and only Haye is seen as a possible threat to the Klitschkos. Toney is an ordinary American bum, talent but zero discipline, delusional, fights on way past his prime...Chagaev would make him look silly, Peter outboxed Toney and Chag is much better.

 

Style wise and given this version of TUA....James would out box and outclass TUA. Won't get a KO but he'll dominate. James will be in great condition after getting some of that fire back with regards to training! He needed it.

 

Having the nerve to call an ATG a bum.... As for Chagaev being better than Peter, clearly no, Chagaev's resume is unimpressive and his performances are unconvincing.

 

There appears to be a shortlist with Haye, Chagaev and Tua on it...
