Let the facts reign in here: Ricky Hatton was 2006 Ring fighter of the year, undefeated and had a huge fan base, the fight sold over 1 million and 2 million if you count the UK PPV sales. JMM, arguably beat Pacman TWICE by most experts and he had a huge following as well and the fight sold over 1 million. Also, 5 fighters in history went up two weigh classes and won linear championships ( RJJ, Micheal Spinks, Hopkins, Hearns, Griffin). Shane Mosley was the reigning number #1 WW in the world and beat Margarito who was the called the most feared fighter and was a 4-1 underdog. Also, Mosley was the 2000's WW of the decade and was seemed a dangerous threat to beat Mayweather.

    You forgot to mention

    Hatton was a Jr welterweight
    Marquez was a lightweight
Mosley is a welterweight and hasn't fought in over a year

yes they are in the top 10 P4P but 2 of them wasn't in his weight class.

thats pretty sick...some fans should learn to give credit where its due..

its a shame manny no longer fights top ten lb 4 lb fighters.....floyd will keep rackin up top ten competition..

i would say a number 2 rated lb 4 lb jmm isnt bad for A TUNE UP FIGHT.....NOT BAD AT ALL FOR A TUNE UP..

FLOYD EASILY BEAT THE GUY THAT KNOCKED PACQUIAOS NEXT OPPONENT OUT PRETTY BAD..

I doubt it. Ivan Calderon is a more reasonable choice.

    Hatton didn't belong on a P4P list.

JMM is getting old & way out of his weight class & then that **** PBF has to come to the weigh in over the agreed limit???!!!

Shane is getting old, too, & damn near KO'ed the slick POS in round 2.

    Yeah, PBF...the Greatest fighter ever!

Why not Klitschko, I think he's a lot safer to fight because he just entered the 10th spot :D

    Why?

2lbs over, big deal. Marquez weighed 142 vs Diaz. 146 vs Mayweather.

Shane was also the best welterweight in the world according to nearly every publication and ranking.

    No just top 30

If you weren't calling Mosley to old when he jumped in the ring and challenged Mayweather then you can't call him old now. When Mayweather was saying lets see how Mosley fares against Berto first, people were calling Mayweather scared. There wasn't to many haters agreeing with that stating that Mosley was to old and we should see how he fares with Berto first.

Press conference fans again with their stupid "he called him out" crap. Yeah, that's really why the fights were made and how they are made.

Hatton and Mosley were very good wins for Mayweather. The Marquez fight was an okay win at best.

funny how they forget about how "floyd would never step into the ring and blah blah blah"...

than afterwards that was never true and floyd "fooled us" or "was forced into it".

ONLY REASON HE WAS FORCED INTO IT WAS CUZ THE 1 GUY DIDNT WANNA FIGHT AND HE WAS THE 2 GUY..NEXT BEST WOULD BE SHANE THE 3 GUY.....

I SAID BEFORE THE FIGHT EVERYONE WOULD SAY SHANE IS OLD AND MAKE EXCUSES...

WHEN HE BEATS MANNY PACQUIAO THE EXCUSE WILL BE THAT MANNY IS "TOO SMALL."

FURTHERMORE IF THEY FIGHT FOR THE 154LB TITLE AFTER PAC BEATS TONY THAN THAT EXCUSE WILL FURTHER PLAY OUT.....

ALWAYS EXCUSES..PAC WONT BE ANY DIFFERENT WHEN FLOYD BEAT HIM:deal

:patsch **** dude....would it kill you to use propper sentances? All your posts look like mindless rants. You say the same **** OVER AND OVER no matter what you reply too... And quit using "EVERONE" or "THEY", using those two terms over and over just makes you look like a ******.
