Super 6 has been an embarrassment and an utter failure

    Let's take a look at the problems:

    1. The only really good fighter (Bute) in the division was left out.
    2. Hometown bull**** decisions (Froch-Dirrell).
    3. Jermain Taylor, who had no business participating in the first place, gets replaced by another guy who has no business participating.
    4. Kessler drops out now, meaning a third of the tournament has quit.
    5. Andre Ward's and Arthur Abraham's deplorable cheating.
    6. The fighters are locked up in the stupid tournament fighting meaningless fights for years while the top dog in the division is going to have to find opponents in other weight classes.

    Well, I enjoyed it. Apart from JT and Green, of course. Ward's not a cheater, either.

    At least the fights have actually happened/are happening. That beats what's going on in other divisions, welterweight for example.

    Froch's last few fights:

    Taylor - Dirrell - Kessler - AA - possibly Ward. Yeah what a failure!

    By the way, Bute isnt the best fighter in the division! Froch, Dirrell, and AA would all be undefeated if they had faced Bute's opponents, and Kessler would have beat them all as well.

    Its probably going to be used as a template for a lot of weight divisions so cant be that bad. Of course there is going to be problems, everyone has their own interests but i doubt all the matchups would have happened otherwise so its to be applauded in my book.

    Bute has bigger fish to fry like Brinkley!

    What are you talking about? The second tier WWs have had just as many fights with each other as the second tier SMWs.

    Clottey
    Mosley
    Margarito


    Only difference is the second tier WWs are far better fighters.

    :goodYeah plus Crax only brought up the problems. There has been good things to happen(Froch-Kessler, Abraham-Taylor, All these guys fighting each other in the first place, etc.).

    Did the fights between these top WW's and for the hell of it let's just throw in pac and mayweather to make six fighters- happen faster than the pipeline of the S6? I also severely disagree with the idea that Margarito, Clottey, etc can compare to Ward, Abraham, Dirrell, and even Kessler really..

    1. Bute isn't the best in the division.
    2. Hometown decisions aren't exactly a new phenomenon. They happen in every sport.
    3. I think JT did have business participating because it would have made for a great comeback story. A lot of people believed he could pull it off. I agree about the replacement.
    4. Kessler has an injury, meaning a third of your reasons happen, have always happend, and will always happen regardless.
    5. Cheating?
    6. Meaningless fights? And this point is incorrect because your first point is incorrect.
