No one else in the history of boxing has done what Pacquiao has done. He moved up 7 weight classes and retained his power and speed and developed a better chin as he moved up . Of course it's suspicious . RJJ lost his power moving up. So did Floyd, Shane, Oscar, Cotto , and any other fighter in the history of the sport minus the god chosen 2nd coming of christ Manny Pacquiao . If you seemed so concern about drug testing then why only bring it up now? i know what you're saying and i agree that using PEDs should be a no no in boxing but that is not my point. im talking about how mayweather used this as an obstacle to the negotiation.
