welp, may as well update it here. lost my first fight. DQ'd in the 3rd for holding. dominated the fight and knocked opponent silly for 2 rds badly and then simply gassed. got told i was robbed etc etc as per what u all always hear from people losing....but ya know, I'm glad it is finally out of the way. I WAS holding cuz my cardio was **** and got DQ'd and that is all there is to it, not gonna make any excuses.

Skill will get you so far, but hard work is needed to go with it in this sport. And I didn't put any in for this match at all. No road work, barely hit the gym, just rested on my laurels and got what I deserved. A loss. So, lesson learned.

In a way, it's a relief. No more undefeated burden to carry. Now time to take that lesson, get my lazy ass in gear and start preparing for the next rd of qualifiers and see if i can get that national title again. Props to the dude I lost to. He was better prepared and could still suck wind in the 3rd and deserved the win.

im 4-0..though havent fought in few years as went back to rugby league..I am training MMA now and hoping to have first fight by early 2011.Taking things very seriously.

I was getting pumped in my first ever fight and really should of lost.Luckily my opponent had **** stamina and i just hit him at will late in 3rd round and his corner yelled to stop the fight..

So your 0-1 with a first round KO defeat to a novice boxer less experienced then you, having been boxing for five years and have you have also been floored in sparring and your trying to give me advice

No need to go bold, It doesnt make your story stand out more than the rest of ours, just makes you seem more of a bullshitter..... picsORitdidnthappen.
