Man, Haye's a bit of jerk isn't he?

 

In all honesty would you expect anything more nice? coz thats what he would say to be honest, like i said aslong as they get their money, why would he fight someone else when he can get a good purse, but what he is failing to understand is that he needs to fight the crediable fighters to gain more respect and hall of fame status

It makes me laugh when people look at his oppositon and call him a chicken. So what he's made his money if any of you were in the same position you'd look for easy fights now too, having engaged in some real tough ones on the way up he deserves to coin in. I'm frustrated the Klitchko fight probably won't happen but boxing is a business to these guys.

 

Boxing is a hard sport but these guys choose to do it and they become rich doing so. Something like 9 hours of work and Haye has millions.

Boxers more than any other sport get bys. Tennis, football, F1 are competing versus the best and regularly. Just like they used to in boxing. More needs to be demanded from boxers. If Haye had fought Valuev then Wladimir then sure he can have an easier defence.

Haye is being judged relatively. As true boxing fans we are comparing him to boxers who set the benchmark i.e. Ali, Louise, Robinson. That is what he should aspire to in the same way Federer aspired to beat Sampras on paper.

Boxing is a business but every sports business is ultimately fuelled by the fans. The fans put 5 mil in Hayes pocket for the Valuev fight. We deserve more.

Give Frank Warren a ring and ask adivce on how to negoatiote a fight.

Sometimes you got to take the lesser slice of the pie in order to take your chance.

Just like Enzo did against Haye - but it backfired - because he lost.

I imagine you believe the same thing will happen to Haye - so your trying to negogate a pension payoff rather than a reasonable deal
