Can someone tell my why Al haymon is the most influential and powerful men in boxing

i read that he is on another website and got me thinking apart from being a manager to a few fighters what other things is he or could be pulling behind the screen:think

I have wondered about Al Haymon also. You hear his name all the time but I'm yet to see any picture of him and have no idea who he really is or what he looks like. When you search for him on google images all that comes up is pictures of Floyd and other fighters. I remember Dan Raphael once wrote that Haymon avoids the media at all costs and is extremely private. In this day and age that seems almost impossible to do yet this guy is able to. The dude is a mystery. As far as being the most influential and man in boxing though, I don't think so. He advises Floyd and a few other guys but I think Arum and Schaefer are the two most powerful men in boxing. The two of them practically control the sport.

Isn't al haymon the black fat guy with gray hair and his sons are always in the backround in national anthems, fighter intros or post fight interviews .. they kinda look like beavers (his sons) ...

is that who those two are? I've always wondered who hell those two were because it seems like they're behind Buffer when he's announcing at EVERY fight. They're always there, no matter who's fighting, just hanging out in the ring.
