    It's one of those things that looks great on paper until you take a closer look at the particulars.

    Kinda like JCCjr being in his early 20's and having the same undefeated record as FLoyd at 33..

    That's impressive. And Floyds reign of terror through the pound for pound lists is not over yet. If he can get a trilogy of wins over JMM, and beat Calderon, Pongsaklek Wonjongkam, Montiel, Donaire and beat the corpse of Bernard Hopkins that would be 10 pound for pound fighters in a row and will definately solidify him as the GOAT.

    Mosley and Hatton were good opponents the public demanded he fights at the time. Of course now ******s will say those two fights are meaningless and he should have fought Margarito or Berto instead because he won them, if he lost then it's "I told you so!!" all over the place.

    Marquez I wouldn't really brag about. It was tune-up material after 2 years off considering the size difference.

    Pride baby! :lol: "Money ain't everything!". Right after your concrete idol won that one and finally got some attention for the first time in his career it was all money from there. :rofl Of course that was perfectly fine.

    Just PLEASE for the love of God, Baby Jesus and all that stuff remind us ungrateful people with short memory how Margarito scared earth. It was so scary we lost our memories, just PLEASE be the messiah over here and remind us.

    Can't knock that! Floyd faced Ricky, JMM and Shane which are all names and all were P4P fighters. That deserves respect. But why bring up PAC as to say he didn't call Floyd out?:huh Floyd did the same thing.....he actually said that all Manny would have to do was "say his name" and the fight would have been as good as done. We all know that's not how things worked out. Floyd for whatever reason could NOT back up the talk his mouth produced and seems alright with that. No one can question Floyd has a very good resume but it's clearly beneath his overal greatness as a fighter.

    Manny a couple of times has faced p4p fighters back to back.....and he faught guys bigger than him or in his weight class.

    the p4p shite is worthless.

    one sholud rather look, at what each fighter brings to the table, and not bother with some fantasy/fictional ranking

    Well said.

    I also don't think Floyd gets enough credit for beating Judah. Judah went into that fight incredibly prepared and motivated and, in terms of athleticism, gave Floyd a run for his money early on.

    In many respects, Floyd can't win in the eyes of the public until he stops winning inside of the ring.

    All of that being said, his latest shenanigans for not fighting Manny are questionable, at best. If and when THAT fight happens, I fully expect Floyd to dominate....of course, he will get little to not credit for beating Pacquiao because {insert excuse here}

    That's as focused as Judah gets, man...And you're right - he absolutely should have gotten credit for that 2nd round knock down like baby baby baby oh!
