Naz - Kelley had about 5

I know there'll be fights with more, but that fight was just madness

It's been a while since I watched it, but Maidana Ortiz had a few.

Also I second Naz - Kelley. That **** was nuts!! 'THE PRINCE IS FOR REAL'

I lost count but the moorer-holyfield rematch had a lot of knockdown. Moorer kept getting up but until the corner got smart and stop the fight.

From a random trivia site I found

"The record for most knockdowns in one non-title bout (or any bout probably) had to be when Battling Nelson (one of the toughest boxers ever) was knocked down 7 times..... oh yeah his opponent Christy Williams was knocked down 42 times!! And they thought Nelson was tough. The fight ended in the 17th round with Nelson declared the winner by knockout. "

I don't know about modern day...or if this is really even the "all-time" record.
