Mike's better quickness and superior starting might be Smoking Joe's downfall. But,if Joe survives the early rounds,he wins due to his greater mental strength and better stamina. If Mike didn't get his opponents out early,he struggled a bit more.Joe,on the other hand, almost always seemed to be fitter and be more determined than his opponent as the fights wore on.

I think Frazier is sometimes underrated but I don't think he can beat Tyson. Tyson is bigger, stronger, faster and hits harder. I can't see Frazier being able to back up Tyson as he did with most, which means he'd be at a disadvantage. If Joe can somehow make it in the latter rounds without taking too much punishment he could turn it around but I don't see that happening.

Tyson by KO in about 4-5 rounds

Frazier is as one dimensional as it gets. Bad news for him against a guy who is better than him in all departments.

Exactly. He was a very good fighter no question but anyone that thinks what would be todays equivalent of a cruiserweight beats a prime Tyson needs their head tested.

I agree with you about Frazier but Holyfield was a cruiser in modern standards and only weighed 208 lbs when he beat what I consider (I do not give a **** what everybody else say) a prime Tyson.

Everything except not falling apart when an opponent stands up too him and not loosing his cool an opponent takes his best shot. Frasier beat a very good version of Ali fair and square. Tyson would have been disposed of by Ali.

Frasier would destroy 2-3 "world class" cruiserweights in the same night. In the history of the 200lb division the there are only 2 or three men that could have challenged Frasier.

cant be bothered reading all of this thread its too long. My pick though is Tyson inside 3 rounds. Simply too fast and has more than a left hook. This fight could never go a lot of rounds as they're both punchers going forward. It would be explosive whilst it lasted but I dont think it would last long at all. Tyson KO 2.

I am picking Tyson because I think Tyson did most things better than Frazier. Both had good power and head movement, but Tyson was more technical, faster, and overall more explosive IMO. I think he had better footwork too. I just think he was a better overall fighter.
