Other states will follow suit and license Tony now. In addition, he will ultimately win the civil suit against the CSAC.

I wouldn't doubt that one bit.

The fact that a dozen people handled the wraps after they were confiscated and before they were tested probably gives Tony a great case against the CSAC. Not including the rumors they allowed to leak without any solid evidence.

    GO TONY!!!! :happy

I hope it was a multi-million dollar civil suit for all the money the CSAC has cost Margo.

margarito is just about the luckiest man in boxing at the moment. his year long suspension for rocks in his gloves will be compensated for ten times over, and he gets to challenge an icon in the ring for a championship

Somebody needs to tell booradley that the commission in texas will approved any fighters that have illegal plaster like or anything. They let Valero fight in texas in which he was banned.

Good for boxing to have Margarito back. Sucks for us fans that he comes back under these circumstances:

-- Not at his best weight
-- After a long layoff in the toughest fight of his career

    Mixed bag.

I don't AGREE with the state of Texas on this HOWEVER..

I think Dallas Stadium is a great venue for us casual fans who don't have the big pockets to see a fight in Vegas.

I'm glad they have a world class stadium to view a great fight.
