Marquez turned professional in 1993.

Marco was fighting top quality opposition since 1996 whereas Marquez didn't really start until 2003. :good

 

Castillo, MAB, Morales, and JMM were all great fighters and can be interchangable IMO. Say hi to your mom for me.

Morales beating 2 of MAB's conquerors puts him above MAB IMO, shows he is more adaptable. Their fights between each other, specially in their prime weights shows they're practically even.

Well Marco was fighting professionally since the age of 15. :huh Of course Marquez is still going on, Barrera burned out faster not ONLY because he was fighting better opposition for the majority of their primes, but because when he was making 9 title defenses in the space of a year and a half, Marquez was fighting the likes of Julian Wheeler.
