Hatton is probably top 10 140 lbs of all time , I know it is a strong assesment , but from the age of 26 - 29 at 140lb nobody could get near him . Probably the easiest fight would be surprisingly the number one right now , which is bradley , anyone who goes toe to toe against hatton at 140 is in trouble.

He might pull out wins over all 3 but these are still close matchups.

Khan- I can see Kahn outboxing Ricky but until Khan fights some good punchers im inclined to think Hatton would eventually catch him.

Bradley- I think this is a pretty even matchup????? I kind of agree though with the post questioning Bradleys lack of power and being able to hold off Ricky. Slight edge to Hatton.

Alexander- THis would be a tough fight for Hatton but hed pull this out, im thinking close but clear decision for Hatton.

Anyone??? Tell that to Manny:lol: Look i actually like Hatton he is the one british guy here that many unfairly bash. But i dont go for the opinion that he was past it when he fough Manny think Mannys is just the much better fighter no matter what game plan Ricky brings he always gets whupped by Manny. Theres a lot of guys in the past who would destroy Hatton toe to toe. I wont even start a list because theres too many. But of the top of my head at JW id say Prime Chavez,Pryor,Mosley(if he stopped at JW) could all go toe to toe with Hatton and ko him.

I think he KO's Khan coming from behind, but not even very late in the fight... my guess is in 7 or 8.
Alexander will get beaten on points imo, with a 3 to 5 point unanimous decision.
He might get edged by Bradley though, but I can see him win 2 out of 5 against him.

I rate him the best of this group overall.

I think Bradley would beat a prime Hatton. Same with Khan if his chin holds up (big IF). Other than that, Hatton takes the rest of em.

Bradley was so exposed in his last fight. Hatton beats 'em all. :good

Khan would be a disaster stylistically for Hatton , he's all wrong for someone like Hatton , Khan would catch Ricky constantly coming in , and IMO it would be a matter of time before one caught him and stunned him , i think Khan is more crafty than people are giving him credit for , his defense looks pretty solid now , and his output his really really high , additionally he looks like a Jr WW in size now , he's one of the most advanced athletes in the sport , ive got Khan TKO 10 .

Bradley would be the one id give Hatton the best chance against , i think Hatton could nullify Bradleys jab and draw him into an inside war where Hatton would drain him and pick him off , ala Tzsyu !!! , i do however think this is a true pick em , Bradley is a strong man , and can fight on the inside too , he packs enough to hurt Ricky at some point as well , but ive got Hatton by 2 or 3 on a decison .

Alexander is Hattons worst nightmare out of the 3 , a quick powerful strong south paw , who can do it all , i really dont see any way Hatton could beat this kid , Hattons strong point is not his right hand or his defence , lending himself nicely to Devons style , id strongly fancy Alexander to stop him , in descisve fashion TBH .

The one thing Hatton relied on was the pace of the fight , he kept a high output coupled with a lot of wearing his opponent down on the inside , IMO Hatton would not be able to do that against either of these 3 , plus these fighters particularly Khan and Alexander are 3 or 4 paced fighters , Hatton was 1 paced , all be it a high one but these men are equal to that pace and more , i really think Hatton would of had a dogs life against the current crop of 140 lb'ers ..................

Completely disagree about Hatton being in his prime against Manny.... he was a shell of the fighter that I watched obliterate Ray Oliveira.

Hatton was devastating back then... he changed his style to deal with Tszyu and his power and then never went back to what he did pre Tszyu.... The difference in Hatton Pre Tszyu and Post Tszyu is vast... truth is.... Hatton peaked as a Frank Warren fighter and never got to show the world what he could do because we all know Warren protects his fighters.

A prime Hatton beats all 3 of those very easily and knocks chinnny Khan out in the first 3 rounds
