    not true at all. theres some factors can inhibit muscle growth, even if you are working out daily. for one daily calories, if you arent intaking enough, and the right kinds, your muscles will not grow.

    :patsch He is a newcomer to exercise, lets take it that he eats like a normal human being. By training reguarly he will develop more functional mass. By not training he won't. ****ing annoying.

    Yea clearly thats what you meant. :-( You said "if your training, your always building muscle." No the hell you aren't. Even if you are eating like a "normal human being."

    Youre biulding a neuromuscular response, througth exercise. Dont use it you lose it.

    This is true. You might find you can do four pull ups (proper ones) in the first week of exercise, and by the next week you can do six. That's not really any gain in muscle strength, it's just getting used to using the muscles.

    Start with the basic pushups, pullups, squats. Then evolve each one of those exercises to the point that you could do them with one arm or leg. The more simplified a workout is for a beginner and the more frequently you do it - the more likely you will be able to succeed and progress.
