    I think the first thing we have learned already from this thread is that there are so many issues with Boxing. Three wishes ain't quite enough.

    1. Remove all of the Germans promotion teams, TV and judges.
    2. 1 champ per division.
    3. Champs fight the very next in rankings, no free choice of opponents - all bouts are mandatory defences.

    2. Judges having some kind of reprecussions for bad scorecards, if it happens to fighters who do something unacceptable, why not judges?

    3. One champion in each weight class, or the champions must take part in unification fights.

    If you had asked our humble genie to simply implement a suitable matchmaking system whereby all title defenses are mandatory then you'd still be able to wish for a Wladimir & Ibragimov trilogy.

    Worthless as the mandatories are often spoon fed or get there while ducking, etc...

    In no other sport do competitors get to decide who they go against and who they don't. Imagine if in any other sport, hockey, basket, soccer, baseball, etc, teams could dodge other teams, and then having four different tournaments to win titles without ever playing against the other good teams...

    1. Fans to be REALISTIC about outcomes.

    2. HBO Sports focus more on development instead of "Stealing" in regards to prospects.
    (Go back to the "B.A.D." it used to be...)

    1. One belt per weight class. No more of this regular champion and super champion bull****. And the interim belt should be only used when the champion is injured for a long period of time.

    2. No more ducking.

    1. Floyd vs. Pacquiao on Cinco De Mayweather 2011 in Dubai with Don King promoting Floyd and Bob Arum promoting Pacquiao. 8oz gloves, blood testing until seven days prior to the fight. Fifteen city, multinational press tour. The fight taking place outdoors on a hotter-than-usual night.

    2. Fifteen round fights to return (for the above fight, anyone?).

    3. One belt per division. That way I don't have to go into a long-winded explanation every time someone asks me a simple question about boxing.

    3. Judges should know all the rules and regulations

    Ex- 3 knockdown = 10-6 not 10- 7 :lol:

    That's harsh. I don't think Pacquiao's ducking Floyd just because he doesn't want to be blood tested.
