Do you honestly believe Tony had been loading his gloves his entire career? He ain't no Cheatoe Trinidud.

C'mon son, you better than that!

I consider it inexcusably naive to believe, a) That he loaded only for ONE fight and, b) That he didn't know what was going on.

I think Margo has a decent shot at beating Pac. Pac is obviously(and rightly so) a heavy favourite, but Margo can match Pacs workrate, is durable, a decent puncher, and if he can make Pac fight going backwards, can win this.

i think margo can win,but i am not sure if he "CAN" win..meaning that there is a lot of money involved if paquiao wins.I am not saying the fight is fixed because pac cant win on his own,but i do believe that if pac is somehow lossing, there might by a higher power who may say something to margo,i mean....margo vs may..or pac vs may..it hurts me to say this folks, but money its everything, especially in this sport.

i remember when pac beat DLH, this would have been seen as suicide for pac. now its a mismatch! funny how so much can change within such a small time

It was difficult to predict that De La Hoya would nearly lose his life making 147lbs. If it was at 154lbs, I still think it was a winnable fight for De La Hoya.

Pacquiao vs. Rockgloves is a difference in class by a mile. It's not competitive on any level, and the comebacking Rockgloves even has to come down in weight (as De La Hoya did) to make the fight happen.

    "experts" lol

well, i DONT think the apocalypse will happen, though both the *****s and *******s will act accordingly, on ESB.

I dont think Margarito will get much out of this, besides money. His name is heavily tarnished as is, even more so w/ his promoter being to pull tricks out of his hat to get Margo fighting in the states. Margo outsizes Pacquiao by a good bit, so they'll downplay the win/loss because of that. Also speculations that Pac is now over the hill/distracted with politics.

Point being is that Pacquiao's loss will greatly overshadow Margarito's win.
Pacquiao will definitely get downgraded in the P4P ranking

At worst, the defeat may be a spoiler or stumbling block for PacWeather in the late spring/early summer....

well, pac fans will always come up with excuses for manny so i don't expect them to act any different. marg would somewhat redeem himself. beating a world class fighter w/o cheating would say a lot about his true skills. good for him if a MIRACLE should happen. it would make 154 very interesting, especially with the return of kirkland later this year.

pac would probably move back down to 140 (if he can still make it) which will also make things very entertaining. the pac-floyd fight might still happen but it obviously loses a lot of luster.
