The difference between Mayweather and Toney

Are you on drugs, Toney is a shot fighter, he will not beat a top 20 HW any more. HBO and Showtime are done with this guy, this is why he fighting MMA, toney is 41 and shot, listening to him speak now and compare that to early 90s. he is flat out finished.

 

If Toney was shot Fres would have gotten a KO over him or would have dominated. And that would be a SHOT and very out of shape james that Fres got lucky to go up against. If James wins this saturday I'm sure you'll have a nice set of excuses to why a SHOT fighter like James beat Randy in a sanctioned MMA fight.

Yea....he's been speaking like that for years kid. It's progressively gotten harder to understand but James is a fighter who hasn't taken much punishment at all. Most of his punishment has come from the peter fights. Other than that he's taken very minimal damage and if you are insinuating he's punch drunk...he's not.

 

he's getting paid... he hasn't backed anything up for about 4 years or so. i don't like floyd, but i can't give toney too much credit for robbing 750000 to show up and get beat up. what other money options did JT have?? doubt too many

Don't get me wrong, I hold James Toney in extremely high regard, I really do. But the truth is that Floyd Mayweather isn't only better, he is smarter, more disciplined, more business savvy, more charismatic and would NEVER ***** himself out to Dana white for 750k

 

The major difference is Floyd is dedicated to his art, James Toneys art is eating and that is the only art he is genuinely dedicated to.

toney is old, fat and someone who cant get a decent pay day, he is taking a huge risk going into mma and he hopes a fluke win will put him back in the boxing big time

mayweather has better brains than toney to train mma for 6 months and get his ass kicked, mayweather dont need to back up **** he is the second highest paid athlete in teh world why risk your 0, your health, your pride and your good paydays
