I think they both would. There would be exceptions, Popkins would have little time for Pacquiao, but I think Race and Nationality play a big factor.

I'd be an in the closet pacfag. My favorite fighters are the Bernard Hopkins, Floyd Mayweathers, Pernell Whitakers, Thomas Hearns, etc. pac would have mad skills if he fought like Floyd, but he would still have zero personality.
