MMA Vs Boxing: Toney, Mercer and Bas Rutten Discussion

    you got to remember the boxers that go into MMA are boxers that are passed it and can't make the big money they used to make in boxing. boxers make alot more money than UFC fighters, so you would have more of a chance of a prime UFC fighter like silva going into boxing to fight a prime top boxer, but they won't because the UFC fighter won't win, and dana white don't want that.

    Which is why most of us who watch both sports could care less about the debate about which is better.
    I give Toney full credit for coming to the UFC as it shows real guts, but what's it going to prove either way?

    Guys, how many hours until Toney and Couture get in the cage? I say how many hours cos Im not sure about Time zones

    That is like saying it's easy to avoid a punch.

    It's all relative, it depends on who's shooting or punching.

    Everything is easy, it's a matter of the other guy.

    I hate the MMA v Boxing debate.

    It's like comparing the decathlon to the high jump or sprinting in athletics.
