A) I've never played golf in my life except mini golf with my girl.

B) I have punched a bag before, with and without shoes, and with different kinds of shoes. Power is the same every time.

I don't know about tonights fight.. but as far as that goes, I wouldn't be suprised if Toney has fought barefoot on concrete and gravel before. He's no joke, even if he is maybe washed up in boxing.

 

Because flat ass boxing shoes have such great traction.

They do have great traction when your in the ring on a boxing ring canvas they are designed to grip that canvas, an MMA canvas is much different and with out the shoes I am not sure that Toney gets off the same snappy shots that he is known to get off, either way Toney should lose tonight but he does have a punchers chance and he knows how to place his shots well and counter well...
But if it goes to the ground look for it to end quick... Toney will not be able to do **** on the ground.

Trust me, it matters.

My first fight I wore a pair of low cut indoor soccer shoes, then borrowed a teammates high top boxing shoes after that, made quite a big difference.

Grappling on canvas is different entirely than either of the shoes.

You also never seem to remember that Toney is a proven steroid cheat.

I've had to train in MMA gyms before and they wouldn't let you wear shoes, and you needed to go in bear foot

To be honest, the traction may even be better.

The worst thing about this fight is that you gotta watch all the bull**** between it. These guys are terrible. One guy just wants to have gay sex, and the other guy wants to kick his leg.
