The fight between Floyd and Pacquiao even with a 50/50 share only gives Team Pacquiao spliting up just 25 percent of what is brought in. If the fight brings in 100 million that means Pacquiao has to split 25 million with Bob , Roach, Koncs etc. That's the true reason why the fight won't get made. Bob is just cashing in right now on his only real cash cow before he lets Manny get exposed making his stock fall in these hard times.
