This has just become the hottest match around the flyweight division. Gonzalez is ready to move up and this is obviously the fight to make at 108lbs. I consider Roman the better overall fighter with about the same punching power, but Segura is physically stronger and mixes up pretty damn well, so it's hard to predict. But it'd be a W.A.R. that's for sure!
As much as I love Roman (no homo) I think Segura will be to big... but if both fighters chin's don't crack it will be a WAR!!
Gonzalez has a good degree of pop at straweight, but Segura is a big man for the junior flyweight division. I could see it being a war early on, as Segura looks to impose his size advantage on Gonzalez. Gonzalez would indulge him and would trade, rather than box on the back foot the way Calderon mostly did. As the fight wore on i can only see Segura's physical advantages showing, and i could see a Segura early victory around the 10th.
Chocolatito would have beaten Calderon as well. He's a cut above and should beat Segura unless he can't take the power.
Chocalito is the better boxer and fighter but Segura is simply too big and may be too powerful for him.
