have you never seen a boxing match in your life before? If not, then I siuggest you watch the Margarito - Cotto fight to see how a bigger, slower man can grind down a smaller, quicker fighter.

Firstly I don't think Marg has another Cotto performance in him especially after the Mosely beating.
Secondly we all know Pacman is a fair bit better than Cotto:deal

We should start a petition for Pac to stretch the punishment up to 12 rounds.

He can only grind him down if he can get to him. Cotto threw flurries with no Power and then circled. He rested on the roped and thats when Marg slowed him down with bodyshots. Pacs stamina is miles better than Cottos. He never stops.

He doesn't. After this fight he is going to be called the Tijuana Turtle, because he'll be slow as hell and unable to get off his back.

It is amazing that almost everyone here is saying Margo doesn't stand a chance. Ask the same question 2 years ago and no one will think Pac belong to the same ring as Margo.

There are problems with this. 1)Pacquiao is better than Cotto. 2). Cotto has a history of fading in fights, therefore even more susceptible to a breakdown. 3) Pacquiao is far quicker than Cotto. 4). Pacquiao, in my opinion, has a better chin than Cotto.

I'm not a Pac fan, but I don't see any way Margo wins this unless he lands several well placed body shots throughout the fight and can slow Pac down...but it's hard to imagine that happening with Pacs movement.

Where is all this margarito is an unbeatable beast talk? I never bought into Margo. He lost to an even younger greener PW.

I must have not been paying attention to what people thought that muh, because I don't remember margarito being unbeatable really except for after cotto and before Mosley. That's the only time I hear a few people talking like he was.

Too many guys are sleeping of margarito here. I still say if his chins holds up he will give pacquiao problems. Remember pacquiao isnt as big or strong as margarito on the inside (a strength difference which was seen in the pacquiao-clottey fight). I can just see that long right hand and uppercuts on the inside busting pacquiao a bit. Then again the last thing you need against pacquiao is a bad or leaky defence, but if the chin is good enough then perhaps margarito can pull this off.
