well yeah Roach wanted more training for Pac to take out Floyd because Pac just fought last November and wanted to grab more training for Floyd, But they are also agreeable to fight Floyd that time and Pac is willing to fight even after a hard fighting just finished.
Also the election for congress is what Pac's more priority that time that's why he won't move the set date. But what did Floyd's camp do? They ask for more stuffs just to shove Pac off.

And now they negotiated for a fight for Floyd again? What did Floyd do? He went on vacation.

Floyd's excuse? He just fought 1 tune up bout, fought an aging Mosley(courtesy of ESPN) and not thinking of boxing right now... Also he said that doing his foundation makes him tired and not enough time for training.
