was thinking about this today. alotta people are murmuring over the segura and calderon fight but i just cant seem to get into dudes that weigh 108 pounds. is there a weight class u dont watch? i pretty much dont watch or know much of anything about fighters under 122. i dont watch the heavyweights much but thats just due to boring fights in my opinion. what about you guys?
Your missing out on 118 man...Its among the most deepest divisions in boxing today, and has some very exciting fighters...Montiel, Mares, Hasegewa, Perez, Agbeko ect....
Apart from 118, I don't watch divisions below 122...mainly for the same reasons as you. Not a big fan of Cruiserweight either.
The lowest weight divisions. Leave minimumweight and bantamweight to the kids I say, grown men have no business fighting those sorts of weights
108 should be getting very interesting now that Segura is the man to beat..Especially if Roman Gonzalez is stepping up to that weight soon.
feather fisted ***gotts in the lower divisions landing 400 punches a round without hurting each other sucks ass :dead
The low weightclasses, flyweight and lower... bunch of fifth graders getting it on imo. The slightly higher weightclasses I do watch, but only some of the 'bigger' fights.
Don't know who he is mate, I'm completely ignorant of the divisions under lightweight. Considering over half of boxing's divisions are beneath light welterweight it doesn't seem worth the hassle of following each one.
Well see thats the thing...The best guys at the lower classes are actually fighting each others, while the guys at the higher weight classes for the most part are a bunch of ***s who are too scared to fight the best (Haye refusing to fight the Klits ect..). 168 is an exception with the Super 6, but even that seems to be falling apart now, which is very unfortunant, since i really love the idea of the Super 6.
Fernando Montiel. I strongley recommend for you to check out the Bantamweight division, man. Its very stacked ATM and filled with very exciting fighters. Fernando Montiel Abner Mares Hozumi Hasegewa Yonnhy Perez Joseph Agbeko and with guys like Vic Darchinyan and Nonito Donaire moving up to that weight, it'll only get better....And like i said all these guys ARE willing to fight each other.
